Site Manager

The Site Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of our multi activity programmes, managing a team of staff to ensure they are delivering activities to the highest standard, whilst maintaining child welfare and offering the highest standard of childcare and customer service. Usually a qualified teacher, the Site Manager will be the key point of contact on camp, ensuring our key stakeholders (children, parents, host school, staff and Ofsted) receive a memorable experience! If you have heaps of experience leading children, and have worked in a senior/managerial role, this is the role for you!

As an integral part of the Adventure Camp management team, the Programme and Events Manager is responsible for collaborating with the team, venue and third-party partners to develop and deliver an exhilarating camp programme. This role focuses on ensuring a dynamic, engaging, and high-quality experience for all participants.

Our Multi Sports Coaches will lead (and support others on leading) activities for children aged 5 to 17. Each Multi Sports Coach is assigned their own group of similar aged children and will lead them in a range of activity sessions, including (but not limited to) football, tennis, badminton, cricket and more – with each session typically lasting between 30 – 60 minutes.

Our Perform Leads bring the magic of the stage to camp, leading creative sessions in drama, dance, and performance for children aged 5 to 17. Each Perform Lead is responsible for their own group of similar-aged children, guiding them through fun and engaging activities that build confidence, teamwork, and imagination. Sessions might include drama games, choreography, singing, or small group showcases, each lasting 30–60 minutes. With energy and creativity, Perform Leads help every child shine — whether they’re stepping onto the stage for the first time or developing existing skills

Our Craft Den Leads inspire creativity by running arts and crafts sessions for children aged 5 to 17. Each Craft Den Lead is responsible for a group of similar-aged children, guiding them through imaginative projects that might include painting, model-making, textiles, or themed crafts linked to camp activities. Sessions typically last 30–60 minutes and are designed to encourage self-expression, problem-solving, and fun. With patience and creativity, Craft Den Leads help every child discover the joy of making something unique to take home.

With support and direction from the Camp Manager, the Early Years Leader will be responsible for delivering our Mini and Juniors programme on camp, leading high quality activities in line with EYFS and Ofsted guidance, and supporting Early Years Instructors. A pastoral role, you will deliver outstanding childcare on camp, maintaining the welfare of the children in your care to exceptional standard. If you are qualified (minimum Level 3 or higher) with excellent knowledge of the EYFS and experience in working with younger children, this is the role for you!

The Activity Instructor will deliver outstanding structured sessions on camp in a mixture of sports, creative activities and games, whilst maintaining child welfare and offering the highest standard of childcare. If you have experience leading sessions and working with children of all ages, this is the role for you!

Our Group Assistants play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of camp life. They work alongside activity leaders to help guide children aged 5 to 17 through their daily schedules, making sure everyone feels included, safe, and engaged. From joining in with sports and creative sessions to helping with transitions between activities, Group Assistants bring energy, encouragement, and a friendly face to every group. This role is all about supporting the team and ensuring each child has a positive camp experience.

£10.39 – £14.89 (Inclusive of 12.07% holiday pay)

The Specialist Instructor (Lifeguard) is responsible for maintaining pool safety. Qualified (NPLQ or NARS) and experienced, you will lifeguard from poolside during all water activities, whilst maintaining child welfare and offering the highest standard of childcare. You will also have the opportunity to deliver a range of different activities according to your skills and expertise.

Our Roaming Leads bring the big adventures to camp! They are responsible for managing our mobile climbing wall, bouncy castles, and other large-scale activities that add excitement to the day. Moving between different groups, Roaming Leads set up and supervise these experiences safely, ensuring children aged 5 to 17 can enjoy them to the fullest. With a strong focus on safety, organisation, and fun, Roaming Leads make sure every big event runs smoothly and leaves children with unforgettable memories.

Perform Senior Lead

Our Senior Perform Leads oversee the performing arts programme at camp, delivered in partnership with Star Theatre. They guide children aged 7 to 16 through drama, dance, and singing sessions, helping to build confidence, teamwork, and stage presence. Alongside leading their own group activities, Senior Perform Leads support and mentor other Perform Leaders, ensuring sessions are creative, engaging, and aligned with the camp’s performing arts vision. With their experience and leadership, they play a key role in preparing children for showcases and giving them the chance to shine on stage.

Our Dance Leads bring energy and rhythm to the Performing Arts Camp, inspiring children aged 7 to 16 through fun and dynamic dance sessions. Working in partnership with Star Theatre, they teach choreography, technique, and performance skills across a variety of dance styles. Each session lasts 30–60 minutes and is designed to boost confidence, creativity, and teamwork. Dance Leads also support children in preparing routines for showcases, helping every performer find their confidence on stage and enjoy the thrill of dancing as part of a team.

Our Singing Leads help children aged 7 to 16 discover their voice and build confidence through music. Working in partnership with Star Theatre, they deliver engaging sessions in vocal technique, warm-ups, and group singing across a range of styles. Sessions typically last 30–60 minutes and focus on developing performance skills, teamwork, and a love of music. Singing Leads also prepare children for camp showcases, guiding them to perform with confidence and enjoy the excitement of singing on stage.

Our Acting Leads spark imagination and confidence by guiding children aged 7 to 16 through drama-based activities. Working in partnership with Star Theatre, they deliver engaging sessions in improvisation, character building, stagecraft, and script work. Each 30–60 minute session encourages creativity, teamwork, and self-expression, helping children develop both performance skills and confidence beyond the stage. Acting Leads also support participants in preparing for showcases, ensuring every young performer has the chance to shine.

Our Assistant Leads play a key supporting role at Perform Camp, working alongside specialist leaders in drama, dance, and singing. They help guide children aged 7 to 16 through their daily activities, making sure everyone feels included, safe, and confident to take part. From joining in with warm-ups to assisting with rehearsals and showcases, Assistant Leads bring enthusiasm and encouragement, helping every child get the most out of their performing arts experience.

Senior Survival Lead

Our Senior Survival Leads oversee the Survival Camp programme, ensuring children aged 8 to 17 experience safe, exciting, and adventurous activities in the great outdoors. They design and deliver sessions in bushcraft, shelter building, fire lighting, navigation, and team challenges, while also mentoring and supporting the Survival Leaders and Assistants. With strong leadership and outdoor expertise, Senior Survival Leads make sure every child develops confidence, resilience, and essential survival skills.

Our Survival Leads guide children aged 8 to 17 through hands-on outdoor activities that build independence and teamwork. Sessions typically last 30–60 minutes and might include campfire cooking, den building, tool use, and problem-solving challenges. Survival Leads bring energy, knowledge, and a love of the outdoors, helping children learn new skills while creating unforgettable camp memories.

Our Survival Assistants support the delivery of outdoor activities at Survival Camp, working alongside Leaders to make sure sessions run smoothly and safely. They encourage children to take part, help with setting up equipment, and provide a friendly, reassuring presence throughout the day. Survival Assistants bring enthusiasm and support, helping every child feel included and confident in exploring the outdoors.

Senior Tech Lead

Our Senior Tech Leads oversee the delivery of our tech courses, ensuring sessions are engaging, safe, and tailored for children aged 8 to 17. They plan and run activities such as coding, robotics, digital design, or drone programming, while also mentoring and supporting the Tech Leaders and Assistants. With strong leadership and specialist knowledge, Senior Tech Leads inspire creativity, problem-solving, and innovation in every participant.

Our Tech Leads guide children aged 8 to 17 through exciting, hands-on sessions that bring technology to life. From coding challenges to building projects and creative digital tasks, they deliver 30–60 minute workshops that are fun, practical, and age-appropriate. Tech Leads bring passion for technology and a supportive teaching style, helping children learn new skills and grow their confidence in STEM subjects.

Our Tech Assistants support the smooth running of tech courses, helping set up equipment, encouraging children to take part, and providing one-to-one support where needed. They work alongside Tech Leaders to make sure every child feels included and confident, bringing enthusiasm and a can-do attitude to each session.

Swimming Teacher

Working alongside Lifeguards and site teams, Swimming Teachers are responsible for planning and delivering fun, safe and engaging swimming sessions for children from 5-17 years.

Children are grouped by age – typically 5-7, 8-10, 11-14, 15-17 – for swim activities, so Swim Teachers need to be able to adapt for varying age and ability levels, devising and delivering structured, active games and fun activities (rather than a focussed learn to swim approach), focusing on developing water-confidence and basic stroke development.

Our Football Coaches lead exciting sessions that bring out the best in players aged 5 to 17. Covering skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and tactical play, sessions combine fun games with small matches to keep children engaged and active. Football Coaches focus on teamwork, confidence, and enjoyment of the game, making sure every player feels part of the team.

Our Badminton Coaches lead fun, energetic sessions for children aged 8 to 17, focusing on developing racket skills, movement, and match play. Through a mix of drills, games, and friendly competition, they help young players build confidence, improve technique, and enjoy the fast-paced excitement of badminton.

Our Athletics Coaches guide children aged 8 to 17 through track and field activities including running, jumping, and throwing events. Sessions balance skill-building with fitness and fun, helping children develop speed, strength, and coordination while enjoying the challenge of athletics in a supportive environment.

Our Cricket Coaches deliver engaging sessions in batting, bowling, and fielding for children aged 8 to 17. They run skill-based drills, small-sided games, and match play, teaching teamwork, technique, and strategy. With enthusiasm and encouragement, Cricket Coaches help every child enjoy the spirit of the game and develop a love of cricket.

Our Hockey Coaches introduce and develop skills in dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork for children aged 8 to 17. Sessions include fun drills and small-sided matches, designed to build confidence and game understanding. They create a safe, supportive environment where every child can enjoy playing hockey and improving their skills.

Cookery Leader

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced food technology teachers or kitchen professionals to help us follow through on our commitment to ‘Inspire Children Every Day’.
Following guided recipes, the role of the Cookery Leader is to deliver outstanding cooking tutorials to small groups of 8 to 14-year-olds, sending them home with a delicious creation of their own making! 

Following guided recipes, the role of the Ultimate Cookery Instructor is to contribute to the delivery outstanding cooking tutorials to small groups of 8 to 14 year-olds, sending them home with a delicious creation of their own making! You work collaboratively with the Cookery Leader deliver fun and exciting group workshops and inspire the next generation of culinary creators. 

Operations Manager - Summer

You will support the Operations Team during camp seasons with the delivery of our
programmes (Multi activity, Tech Camp, Survival Camp, Sports Specialist Camps & Cookery) and ensure the children
receive engaging and fun activities at every location, every day.
