Supporting Local Families Through Activity, Enrichment & Opportunity
Every child deserves the chance to stay active, build confidence and experience something beyond the classroom.
The Adventure Camps Access Fund exists to support families in our local community who may not otherwise be able to access high-quality holiday provision.
This fund is financed directly by Adventure Camps as part of our long-term commitment to widening opportunity and supporting schools.
Why the Access Fund Exists?
We see first-hand the impact that structured, positive holiday experiences can have on children:
• Increased confidence
• Stronger friendships
• Improved resilience
• Better physical activity levels
• A renewed sense of belonging
For some families, cost can be a barrier to accessing these experiences.
The Access Fund exists to reduce that barrier — carefully, responsibly and in partnership with local schools.
A Note from Our Founder
Adventure Camps was built on a simple belief: the right experience at the right time can change a child’s trajectory.
As a young person, I struggled within the traditional classroom environment. It was through activity-based experiences outside school — environments that built confidence, resilience and belonging — that I began to realise my potential.
The Access Fund exists because we know there are children today who would benefit from those same opportunities. This is our commitment to making sure cost is not the reason a child misses out.

How It Works
The Access Fund operates through school partnerships. The fund is intentionally limited in scale to ensure quality and meaningful impact.
What Children Experience
Children accessing the fund participate fully in our standard Adventure Camps programme, which includes:

We measure impact carefully and review the fund annually to ensure it remains effective and sustainable.
