We understand how important it is for parents to have clear payment options. Here are the methods we accept to make your booking experience seamless and stress-free.
From credit cards to childcare vouchers, we strive to offer flexible ways to secure your child’s place in our fun and enriching camps.
How to pay for your booking using childcare vouchers
1. Complete an online booking and proceed to the payment page.
2. Select the childcare voucher provider you wish to pay and input the amount you would like to pay (partial or full balance).
3. After receiving your booking confirmation email, contact your childcare voucher provider or log in to your online voucher portal to authorise the payment (where possible, please use your unique booking reference (ID beginning with ‘UAC’)/your child’s full name as the payment reference).
Please note: If you book within five days of the camp date, the system may ask you to secure the booking with a card payment. If you have paid some or all of your booking by card but want to pay with childcare vouchers instead, you must do so no later than one week after the last day of the holiday season booked. We will refund your card accordingly and send you a confirmation email.

If your chosen location isn’t listed, please register your interest in your Bravo Benefits account settings, and then Bravo Benefits will contact Adventure Camps to complete registration.
Please also note, in the event that you need to be refunded, Bravo Benefits charges a £25 admin fee to process refunds.
