It’s my child’s first time at United Adventure Camps, what can we expect?
At United Adventure Camps we completely understand that you and your child may be nervous ahead of joining us for the first time. To help ease any nerves, we have some of the most exceptional, and caring staffffff on-site who will ensure that you and your child(ren) feel comfortable allowing them to settle into camp.
We recognise that looking after your children is a huge responsibility which means it is, therefore, one that we take incredibly seriously. Our Mission at United Adventure Camps is to create inspiring adventures throughout the school holidays, to do that we ensure we have highly trained camp staff on hand to settle all campers.
Each child will have a group leader whilst they are on camp. Their group leader will be on hand to explain how the day will run, familiarise your child with the venue and where the amenities are, and advise on what they can expect throughout the day on camp.
We are confident that very quickly your child will make new friends, challenge themselves with new activities, and create wonderful memories that will last a lifetime.

Important Information about Swimming Sessions
At Adventure Camps, we understand the importance of providing a well-rounded and enjoyable experience for our campers. As part of our commitment to fostering physical activity and water safety skills, we offer swimming sessions during the camp.
Swimming Times and Dates: Please note that swimming times and dates may vary based on factors such as facility availability, the number of children attending the camp, and the presence of other users. We are dedicated to ensuring that all campers have a safe and enjoyable swimming experience, and as a result, adjustments to swimming schedules may occasionally be necessary.
Stay Updated: To stay informed about the exact swimming times and dates for your child’s camp week, we recommend visiting our camp’s information desk on-site. Our friendly staff members will be happy to provide you with the most up-to-date information regarding the swimming sessions.
Water Safety First: Your child’s safety is our top priority. Our swimming sessions are conducted under the supervision of certified lifeguards, and our camp counselors are trained in water safety protocols. We maintain a secure and controlled environment to ensure that campers can enjoy their time in the water while learning essential swimming skills.

Lunch and snacks
All Children need to bring a healthy packed lunch with extra snacks for break times and a water bottle. For help with healthy lunch ideas, we recommend visiting the change4life website by clicking here. Please be aware that we are a nut-free camp, so please make sure children are not provided with any food containing nuts or nut products.
Whilst on camp, the children have an hour for lunch: this time is usually spent eating with friends and instructors, and then running around, play games, or chilling out. We also have two 15-minute snack breaks – one in the morning and one in the afternoon – during which the children can enjoy the snacks you provide. Lunch and breaks are all fully supervised and children are always encouraged to eat all of their lunch.
