Payment Methods

Government Tax Free Childcare Scheme

We are registered for the Government scheme for our camps in England. Once you’ve made your booking login to your TFC account and submit your payment through the scheme (please select any ‘United Adventure Camps’ location if your venue isn’t listed).

To ensure we can match your payment to your booking, please email us your unique reference e.g. LHIB5645458TFC to hello@united-education.co.uk.

This is an important step, as it’s the only way we’re able to match the payment to you.

Student Finance England – Childcare Grant Payment Services

We’re able to accept childcare grant payments. Please log into your Student Finance England account and link your children to the United Adventure Camps venue they are attending (if the venue is not yet listed on the site, please contact us). 

We require 15% of the total of your booking paid by credit/debit card and the balance to be paid via your Student Finance England account after your child has attended camp.

Childcare Vouchers

We accept childcare vouchers from all major providers (see below for our current list), helping you to save even more money on our already low prices.

If your scheme is not listed, please call 0113 4830280, and our team will add it.

How to pay for your booking using childcare vouchers

1. Complete an online booking and proceed to the payment page.

2. Select the childcare voucher provider you wish to pay and input the amount you would like to pay (partial or full balance). 

3. After receiving your booking confirmation email, contact your childcare voucher provider or log in to your online voucher portal to authorise the payment (where possible, please use your unique booking reference (ID beginning with ‘UAC’)/your child’s full name as the payment reference).

Please note: If you book within five days of the camp date, the system may ask you to secure the booking with a card payment. If you have paid some or all of your booking by card but want to pay with childcare vouchers instead, you must do so no later than one week after the last day of the holiday season booked. We will refund your card accordingly and send you a confirmation email.
