Overview #

Designed for children in school Years 3 to 8, the Adventurer Programme blends high-energy physical play with team-building, creativity and problem-solving. Children rotate through zones that challenge their bodies, minds and social skills — all while making new friendships and unforgettable memories.

Core Zones & Electives #

  • – Sports Arena – team games, movement mastery, coordination
  • – Creative Den – arts, crafts, and creative thinking challenges
  • – Performing Arts – theatre games, music, public speaking
  • – Outdoor Adventure – den building, scavenger hunts, orienteering
  • – STEM Zone – building challenges, tech-based tasks (optional)

Electives allow children to explore interests and push personal growth through structured choice.

Supervision & Safety #

– Staff-to-child ratio: 1:10

– Camp staff rotate by zone with clear handover protocols

– Children sign in/out of each zone on instructor registers

– Clear rules for tool use, climbing equipment, and physical contact

Behaviour & Culture #

We use a strengths-based approach focused on positive reinforcement and natural consequences.

  • – Restorative Conversations encouraged over punishment
  • – Leadership roles for consistent positive behaviour

Adventurer Awards & Recognition #

Each day we highlight campers who’ve shown growth in courage, creativity or kindness.

Weekly awards presented Friday afternoon with parent updates.

What to Bring #

  • – Refillable water bottle
  • – Packed lunch & two snacks
  • – Sports shoes or trainers
  • – Weather-ready clothing (sunhat or raincoat)
  • – Change of clothes (recommended)

Parent Communication #

Camp staff are available at drop-off and pick-up for brief feedback. For multi-day bookings, parents will receive a Friday progress update or digital summary. All concerns or special information should be raised with the Camp Manager.
