Welcome to the Adventure Camps Team #
Every Adventure Camps experience begins with the people we bring on board. We don’t just hire staff — we cast a team, like Disneyland casts performers. From the moment you apply, through interviews, training, and your first morning on site, we’re looking for one thing above all: people who can bring energy, safety, and magic to camp every single day.
Recruitment and onboarding aren’t just about forms and checks. They are about making sure you feel prepared, excited, and fully aligned with what it means to wear the Adventure Camps uniform.
What We Look For #
We recruit people who bring energy, responsibility, and creativity to camp. You don’t need to be the loudest person in the room — you just need to care, show up ready to give 100%, and want to see young people thrive.
We look for:
- Positivity – children mirror your energy.
- Responsibility – safety and wellbeing come first.
- Team spirit – camps run on collaboration.
- Adaptability – no two days are the same.

Think of onboarding as rehearsals before the big show. Once the children arrive, the curtain goes up — and every moment is live.
